- The legal warranty is applied on all products.
- This warranty is valid only for errors which may have been created during the production process. This will always be judged by the brand licensee for Benelux.
- Rackets: contact fractures, shaft splitting and others which are due to improper use are not eligible for replacement. .
- Strings are never eligible for replacement.
- Shoes: wear during normal usage of the shoe is obvious. Premature wear will be reviewed by the brands licensee for Benelux.
- In case of dispute, only the courts of the Antwerp jurisdiction are competent.
- Shipment & Delivery
- Once your order has been received, you will receive an order-confirmation with the total price including shipment costs.
- Goods are sent once we have received confirmation of correct payment.
- The order will be automatically canceled for non-payment after 8 days.
- Delivery time is 2 days to 1 week depending to the place of delivery.
- Goods always travel on addressee's risk, even by "free of charge" shipment.

- The minimum amount of the cart is set to 10,- € for payments with the OGONE payment module.
- By payment by Bank tranfer, goods will be shipped when the amount has been entered on the account of BADCON bvba (Badmintonpro)
